The management actively supports all efforts to improve product quality and process efficiency.

By regularly assessing our operating environment and taking into account stakeholder expectations, we keep our strategic objectives up-to-date in the light of changes.
We strive for long-term business and partnership relationships with our customers and suppliers.
Our suppliers are expected to deliver consistently good performance.

In order to achieve our objectives and in line with customer expectations, we operate a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015. Through this, and by regularly assessing the risks and opportunities of our processes, we maintain the effectiveness of our quality management system.

Based on the guidelines set out in our Quality Policy, we set specific corporate and organisational quality objectives for each financial year, the achievement of which is monitored and regularly evaluated.

We develop the competence and commitment of our employees through regular training, with the expectation that they will participate effectively in the successful achievement of the set goals and thus actively contribute to the business results of TAURIL Kft. To support this readiness, we maintain a continuously expanded and updated corporate knowledge base.

All our employees are responsible for the quality of their own work, for reducing errors and costs, and for full compliance with quality management standards.
